Katy Milkman
Professor of Operations, Information and Decisions @Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania
Katy Milkman is the James G. Dinan Professor at The Wharton School, host of the popular behavioral economics podcast Choiceology, and the former president of the Society for Judgment and Decision Making. She is the co-founder and co-director of the Behavior Change for Good Initiative, a research center with the mission of advancing the science of lasting behavior change whose work is being chronicled by Freakonomics Radio. Over the course of her career, she has worked with or advised dozens of organizations on how to spur positive change, including Google, the U.S. Dept. of Defense, the American Red Cross, 24 Hour Fitness, Walmart and Morningstar. An award-winning scholar and teacher, Katy writes frequently about behavioral science for major media outlets such as The Washington Post, The New York Times, USA Today, and The Economist. Her book "How to Change: The Science of Getting From Where You are to Where You Want to Be" will be released by Penguin Portfolio on May 4, 2021.

John P. and Lillian A. Gould Professor of Behavioral Science @University of Chicago Booth School of Business
George Wu studies the psychology of decision making; goal-setting and motivation; and cognitive biases in bargaining and negotiation. His research has been published widely in a number of top journals in economics, management science, and psychology. Prof. Wu was also the inaugural faculty director of the Harry L. Davis Center for Leadership. Wu was honored as the 2020 recipient of the Chicago Urban League’s Humanitarian Award.
